Brand New – One or Three Bedroom Units

OCCUPANCY FOR MARCH 1, 2020. Brand new units in perfect area to all aspects of easy living. Close to university, highways and shopping all at your fingertips. All units are equipped with large windows, fridge, stove, dishwashers, instant hot water tank, furnace, marble countertops in kitchen and bathroom and en suite laundry. Having control over your own heat with a thermostat keeps the temperature where you want AND you don’t have to take your laundry out of your unit. Some one-bedroom units have balconies, and some one bedrooms come with a den. All 3-bedroom units have balconies and one bedroom has en suite and master bedroom has his and her sinks in the en suite on separate level. These units will go fast. The model suite will be open mid January for viewing. We are taking a wait list for these units to show for occupancy of March 1, 2020. One bedroom are $1650/month plus utilities. Three bedrooms are $2500/month plus utilities. Units are wired for Rogers cable and internet and you can receive a discount if you hook up with Rogers for cable, internet and home phone. Once the model suite is open calls will be made to whomever has put in a request to view the units. Applications will be taken and approval will take 48 hours to secure a unit. If you don’t want to miss out on the brand-new units you will need to email me your contact information and I will acknowledge receipt of your information that you have been put on the list. If when you are called and there is no response we will move on to the next candidate.
