Our Experience
CLA Rental Management is founded by Cindy Ashley. She started CLA Rental Management in London, Ontario in 2018. After working in the industry for sometime she found other property management companies only cared about one thing, profit. She wanted to start a rental management company who fights for the property owners, and treats their properties like her own.
We partner with vendors who are just as invested in the property as we are. CLA Rental Management will give you expert advice on the appropriate repairs required and provide multiple repair quotes for your unit. We believe in hard work and accountability to all our property owners to help them grow their real estate investment.
We believe in growing our community. Our vendors will try and source supplies from Habitat for Humanity, or supporting local stores without comprising quality.
CLA Rental Management uses software that give the property owners the ability to view reports live. You will be able to see how much your tenant has paid, along with your cash flow for the year. There is also an option for tenants to have a login. They would be able to make rent payments online and send email reminders 5 days prior to rent being due.
